Hello. My name is Linda Martin. When I started at CMS I helped out in different classrooms and did the napping room and after school room and later assisted a teacher in an early childhood classroom. Currently, I have gone back to being with the children in the napping room and the after school room. I also work during the summer care program.

All of this to me is not work, it's a labor of love. I enjoy walking in the door and seeing children with smiling faces, full of excitement. Seeing them interact with the activities in their room, exploring their curiosities and interests and together we share their thoughts and progress. It is an absolute honor to be part of each child's day because every single day is important.
I participated in training from Purdue Northwest Early Childhood program, as well as training in Montessori methods, in-service observation at regional Montessori schools and online state certifications. Two of my grandchildren have graduated from CMS and my daughter was a teacher here for many years, so I have a special place in my heart for this school and have seen the powerful impact it has on a child's life. My daughter and her family now live in Stevensville, Michigan and my son and his family live in Grand Rapids, Michigan. They have three children so I have been blessed with five wonderful grandchildren. And blessed to be with your precious children as well.
